You’ll learn how to address the root causes of imbalance and dysfunction through a holistic approach to lifestyle transformation. We streamline lifestyle habits with an intentional yet minimalist approach that is sustainable in the long term. We, “Start at the beginning and begin with the basics.”
Personalized lifestyle recommendations are provided after a comprehensive assessment of one’s health history, goals, and concerns is established. Through a collaborative effort, we’ll customize a support style that best suits your personality, goals, and needs. Rather than relying solely on a private monthly consultation to connect and continue your progress, you can expect daily and weekly touchpoints to receive accountability as desired, rework or edit shopping lists or meal plans, and have any questions or concerns addressed as they arise outside of your private consultations. This style of ongoing collaborative communication will enable you to tap into a greater potential for transformation by nurturing your goals with added support throughout the entire process in real-time.

+ Your private monthly consultation begins with creating a timeline to establish an accurate baseline on your holistic health history, current goals, and concerns. We’ll gather relevant information through formal and informal health questionnaires to provide a comprehensive overview of your current health habits and modifiable lifestyle factors. A collaborative approach is used to enact sustainable shifts in your daily health habits that support you in achieving your goals and addressing concerns.
Ongoing Support - (Daily/Weekly)
+ Additional touchpoints enable you to foster growth beyond your private consultations.
+ Have your questions answered as they arise. Get your concerns addressed promptly without having to wait until your next session, and receive ongoing support throughout each week as you grow, try new habits, and transform your well-being.
+ Customize your weekly shopping list with healthier alternatives and substitutes for your favorite foods, meals, and snacks in advance of placing your order or going to the store. We’ll accomplish this collaboratively via a shared notes app or email thread each week.

A private consultation typically lasts around 60 minutes. However, in some instances, a more extended session of around 90 minutes may be necessary to cover broader topics, such as reviewing your health history, goals, and needs while working together.
