  • The Positive Integrative Wellness course provides a year-long framework for independent study and learning about human flourishing, grounded in principles from positive psychology, human nutrition, functional medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, yoga, and other credible holistic wellness modalities.  Each lesson corresponds to a journal prompt designed to support practical, real-life integration, personalization, and maintenance for long-term lifestyle transformation.
